Can apply to the study cycle:
- Holder of the degree or legal equivalent;
- Holder of a foreign higher academic degree awarded following a 1st cycle of studies organized according to the principles of the Bologna Process by a State adhering to this Process;
- Holder of a foreign higher academic degree that has been recognized as attesting capacity to accomplishment the course by the Scientific Council (curricular evaluation of merit);
- Holder of a school, scientific or professional curriculum that is recognized as attesting to the ability of the Scientific Council (merit curriculum evaluation) to carry out the course.
