Objectives: | It is intended that the students obtain a closer knowledge of the connections established between Law and Sport, being able to dominate the existence of a normative public framework in the field of the sport activity that models it in its multiple aspects. |

Contents: | Sports and the different sources of legal norms. The right to sport as a fundamental right. The right to sport in an international reading. Public intervention in sport. The Basic Law of Physical Activity and Sport. The sports agents. Public sports organizations. Private sports organizations. The resolution of sports disputes. |

Evaluation: | Final exam. The final exam grade can be valued if the student delivers – it is an option – a brief written practical assignment on the day of the final exam, from a list of subjects to be made available by the teacher. The final grade of the exam will be between 0 and 2 values. |
